At Rosemary Jane UK, we take care in handcrafting and packing your orders to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 5 working days from the date of purchase. However, during peak periods (such as holidays or promotional events), dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Services

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using reliable courier and postal services. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

• Express Delivery : 1–2 working days

Local Collection

If you're local to Exeter we may offer a free collection option at checkout. Details and arrangements will be confirmed via email.
