We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Rosemary Jame UK. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

❗️Please note: We cannot accept returns for ay products that have been used.

Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.
Instead, you can choose between:

  • An exchange for another product
    or

  • A store credit to use on a future purchase

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will ask for photographic evidence of the damage and will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
