At Rosemary Jane UK, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at rob@rosemaryjaneuk.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of any item that has been used or is not in a resaleable condition for hygiene reasons, particularly scented candles and reed diffusers that have been lit or opened.
Please note: Used items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you a full refund, exchange, or replacement, as per your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
